Overview

Rose Court Chambers needed a professional, trustworthy and easy to use website for solicitors, clients and internal teams.

After a difficult and frustrating experience with a previous web designer, the priority was straightforward. Build the site properly, make the structure easy to manage, give the chambers a digital presence that matched the standard of the work they do and ensure it delivered organic search.

As part of the project, Rubi refreshed the Rose Court Chambers logo to feel more modern and appropriate for a legal chambers. The harsh black was replaced with a navy palette to create a more professional and authoritative feel across the website and all digital materials.

The Challenge

The existing process had not given Rose Court Chambers the level of clarity, polish or control they needed from a web presence. For a chambers, that creates a significant problem.

The website also needed to handle more than a standard brochure layout. It required custom profile sections, flexible CMS fields, a search and filter system and a content architecture that could help visitors navigate complex specialist legal information without getting lost.

  • Previous web design had damaged trust in the process and created high expectations for the rebuild.

  • Site needed to feel immediately professional, authoritative and easy to use.

  • Barrister profiles had to be structured inside the CMS so chambers staff could manage them independently.

  • Users needed to search and filter by area of expertise, qualification, year of call.
