Overview

Pro Project Promotions needed a complete digital and creative system for a charity boxing platform built around former professional footballers stepping into the ring for good causes.

The brand had to work across several very different environments at once: a premium black tie event, a live sporting campaign, charity fundraising, sponsor promotion, media coverage, ticket sales and high volume social content. Rubi supported the project across brand identity, website design, photography, video, paid ads, event graphics and campaign assets.

The Challenge

A Night to Remember needed to feel credible from day one. The concept brought together sport, charity, entertainment and hospitality, so the creative had to carry emotional weight while still feeling sharp, premium and commercially strong.

The challenge was building a brand and marketing system that could sell tables, attract sponsors, support charities, promote fighters, brief audiences and create excitement in the build up to each event. It also had to move smoothly from online promotion into live event delivery, with assets ready for screens, live streams, social media, printed material and press coverage.

  • The brand needed to feel premium enough for high value sponsors and black tie guests.

  • The website had to explain the event, charities, fighters, tickets and sponsorship clearly.

  • Campaign assets had to work across social media, paid ads, video, live screens and broadcast use.

  • The creative system needed to grow quickly from the first event into future campaigns.

Website Design and Development

The Pro Project Promotions website was designed to give the brand a clear digital home and a stronger route from discovery through to enquiry.

The structure was built around the real decisions visitors needed to make: understanding the concept, learning about the charities, exploring sponsorship, viewing event details and taking action. The site gives the campaign enough flexibility to support new events, new fighters, new partners and new promotional content as the platform grows.

We also created an interactive table plan for high value event bookings. Visitors can explore the room layout, understand table positions and review event options before making an enquiry, giving the sales journey more clarity and making premium event spaces easier to present online.

  • Custom event website structure

  • Clear charity, event and sponsor journeys

  • Flexible campaign pages for future events

  • Interactive table plan and booking support

What We Did

We created the visual identity and digital structure for Pro Project Promotions, giving the brand a clear look, strong campaign language and a website that could support event discovery, sponsorship interest and ticket enquiries.

For each event campaign, we produced photography, video, social content, paid ad creative, fighter graphics, sponsor assets, countdown content, tale of the tape screens and live event visuals. This gave the campaign a consistent identity from first announcement through to fight night.

The website was developed as a flexible platform for future growth, with pages and components that can support new events, updated charities, event details, content, partners and booking journeys without needing to rebuild the whole site each time.

  • Brand identity and campaign direction

  • Website design and development

  • Photography and video content

  • Paid ads and social campaign assets

  • Fighter graphics and live screen assets

  • Interactive table plan for premium event bookings

Ad Results

Paid ads supported the campaign by turning awareness into event interest, sponsor visibility and audience growth across the event build up.

The creative was built around the strongest campaign hooks: former professional footballers boxing for charity, premium venues, major entertainment, fighter announcements, charity stories and event countdowns. Each asset was designed to feel part of the wider brand rather than a one off advert.

The wider campaign performance showed the strength of the system, with more than 7.5 million social impressions and 51 million in media reach across the first two events.

The result was a complete brand and marketing platform that helped Pro Project Promotions move from idea to major live event series with confidence.

Summary

Pro Project Promotions needed more than a logo or a website. It needed a full creative and digital platform that could make a new charity boxing event feel established, premium and commercially serious from the first touchpoint.

Rubi delivered the brand identity, website, campaign creative, photography, video, paid ads and live event assets needed to support a fast growing platform with real charity impact.
